Play around with this game and let me know if you come across any bugs or let me know if you think of a way I could improve it. This is my second original Windows game and I'm sure my inexperience shows, but I'm pretty happy with it. In testing it with several video modes, I have found that words in some dialog boxes are truncated, however the main game window seems to work well in any video mode. It was developed using the standard Windows VGA driver, and tested on an OAK 1024X768 driver as well, so if you are having trouble, try using one of those drivers. Also, I have discovered the VB 3.0 SetupWizard tends to make setups that only work on Windows 3.1. This may pose a problem for those running Windows for Workgroups 3.11. For those of you who are, you can still play Block Eleven, but you will have to EXPAND the files manually using DOS's EXPAND command (EXPAND BLOCK11.EX_ C:\BLOCK11\BLOCK11.EXE, etc.) BLOCK ELEVEN FILES (* Necessary to run) Files Included in BLOCK ELEVEN Where they reside on your hard drive 1. *BLOCK11.EXE (Executable) BLOCK11 DIRECTORY (that you specify at setup) 3. *CARDS.VBX WINDOWS\SYSTEM DIRECTORY NOTE: This archive DOES NOT include VBRUN300.DLL which is necessary to run Block Eleven. It can be found on Microsoft's WWW page. If you wish to delete BLOCK ELEVEN, these are the files to delete UNLESS YOU HAVE OTHER APPLICATIONS THAT REQUIRE VBRUN300.DLL. If so, DO NOT DELETE IT. The others apply only to BLOCK ELEVEN. If you have downloaded BLOCK ELEVEN from a BBS in .ZIP form, you may delete all other files from your BLOCK ELEVEN installation directory after you run SETUP. These are installation files and are not needed to play. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE IS IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED. INSTALL AND RUN THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
